My BA dissertation refined into a publication.

It explores the norwegian philosophy of “friluftsliv” (Or free-air-living). It deep dives Norwegian outdoor culture and how it shaped the countrys attitude to nature .

In the face of rapid urbanization we are loosing acccess and rights to roam in nature. We spend more time than ever indoors,  this has a negative that affect on  our global mental health. The philosophy beind free air living states that being in nature is a necessity for good health- And should be a right for everyone.
